Egy 40 m2-es keverõ szoba, és egy 80m2-es, felvevõ helység áll rendelkezésre.
A felvételi helység 3 egymástól elzárt térrészbõl áll. (20, 20, 40 m2 ).
Szükség esetén mozgatható plexi paravánokkal 4 újabb rész válaszható le a zenei áthallások csillapíthatósága érdekében, de megõrizve az együttjátszás lehetõségét.
Ebben a stúdióban található Bösendorfer Imperial Grandpiano , Hammond orgona Leslie-vel, valamint egy Mesaboogie guitar.amp.
